All the walks here I have walked in the past year or so, therefore the information is up to date. The comments though are my personal view and anyone under taking one of these walks is doing so at their own risk, my recommendation is always to get the appropriate map and follow this whilst using the information supplied here as a guide.

L057- Lovely walking above the trees
- Interesting forestry section

Stony Cove Pike from Kirkstone Pass
L043- Easy climb to the high fells
- Good views down towards Ullswater
- Cosy inn for a post walk pint
Sale Fell, nr Cockermouth
L080- An easy fell away from the crowds
- An unusual and unknown valley
- Views north to the Solway Firth
Harter Fell

- Interesting slopes capped with a fine summit
- The Duddon Valley is the best
