Morton House is a Grade 2 listed farmhouse centrally located in the market town of Masham. The property has 2 living areas, one with open fire and the other with log buring stove. The large kitchen/diner has a range cooker and is fully equipped. Central heating throughout. Upstairs on the first floor there is a superking bedroom, twin bedroom with ensuite shower and double bedroom along with the house bathroom. Up again into the loft is the master suite with kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom. Adjacent at the rear of the property sharing the walled garden is the 3brm Stable Block renovated in 2007 with open plan living/dining/kitchen. There is a double bedroom downstairs with ensuite shower and upstairs kingsize bedroom and single bedroom with another shower room. All linen, towels, electricity and gas included in tariff.
