The Chestnuts offers a delightful homely atmosphere and a high standard of comfort and service.  The house itself is over a century old, enjoying both a secluded garden and private parking.
There is a choice of seven rooms, six have 5ft beds, some are four-poster beds plus one with twin or 6ft bed.  All rooms are en suite with shower, three also have a bath.
Vouchers can be purchased for use of the leisure facilicities at The Old England Hotel in Bowness.
As well as the traditional English breakfast we offer a vegetarian option and smoked salmon or Eggs Benedict.
