  • Peaceful location in the unspoilt Eden Valley
  • Open views and many walks from the door
  • Choice of B & B, self catering or the shepherds hut

Occupying a beautiful location in a quiet and peaceful part of Cumbria, Crake Trees Manor is a short walk from the pretty twin villages of Crosby Ravensworth and Maulds Meaburn, complete with country inn. The larger towns of Orton and Appleby are a little further with the lands in between ideal for walking and exploring the quiet lanes and footpaths and although there is no need to go further afield Crake Trees is a good base to fully explore the Pennines, Howgills and the lesser frequented eastern Lakes.

Crake Trees itself is a traditional farm, centred round the beautifully converted farm house and is able to offer a number of different types of accommodation

Bed & Breakfast: 3 large ensuite bedrooms in a well laid out barn conversion with great views over the Eden Valley and walking from the door

The Brew House s/c, sleeping 2: In the centre of Maulds Meaburn a lovely conversion with hand crafted kitchen, wet room and courtyard. Dogs accepted.

Shepherd’s Huts/c  for 2: Quirky and attractive, offering a different type of holiday the Shepherds Hut has a tiny stove, great views and cosy, Scandinavian style decor.
