King George IV Apartments, Eskdale

These 3 apartments offer the best of all worlds, whether they are rented separately or together for a party of up to 18. Not only do they have real character and charm but they enjoy all the facilities of the King George IV as well. Meals can be taken in the pub if you do not want to self cater all the time, breakfast as well as lunch and an evening meal are on the doorstep.

Also they enjoy a wonderful location in Eskdale. The King George is near Eskdale Green with walks from the door and further up Eskdale which would challenge anyone. It is wonderful walking territory and some of my favourite walks are listed below.

The Cabin – sleeps 4/6. One double, 1 twin and sofa beds in the sitting area. The bathroom has a shower, the kitchen is fully equipped and there is oil firedce ntral heating, TV, Wifi and best of all a decking area to enjoy the wonderful views of the area.

The Flat- sleeps 2/4. There is a double bedroom and sofa bed in the sitting room, a bathroom with bath and a shower head, fully equipped kitchen, TV, Wifi and great views up Eskdale. Pets welcome.

The Apartment – sleeps 8.Open plan with wood beams and tons of character. There is a double bedroom, mezzanine double, twin and bunk room, fully equipped kitchen, open fire, central heating, TV, Wifi and pets are welcome.

There are also newly refurbished double rooms in the King George IV for traditional Bed and Breakfast.

The owners have also converted a barn nearby with wonderful views and a hot tub!
