Swimming with Mist

July 25, 2017

The weather has been lovely this summer with some really hot days. Mist had a tendency to become a bit hot and bothered on long days on the fells (although it did not stop her going) but loved cooling down in the rivers and lakes.

Here are some photos from our local walk one summer’s evening.

Climbing the dry stone wall, ball at the ready

Poised before leaping in

Taking the plunge, spot the ball!

The ball is spotted and hunted

The ball is retrieved, again please

Skulking with the ball safely in her jaws

Who says Border Collies are not obsessive

Finishing in the church
