These walks are ideal for those who want to take on some of the bigger Lake District walks including the highest mountain in England.

A good level of fitness is required as is a good head for heights (particularly if you choose the Helvellyn climb).

The best base for these walks is Keswick except for Helvellyn where Glenridding/Patterdale is best.
