  • Welcoming atmosphere with woodburning stove.
  • Numerous scenic walks from the doorstep.
  • Delicious homemade food and real ales.

The Bolton Arms in Redmire is a welcoming, traditional, village pub which is very popular with walkers. The Wensleydale railway passes through Redmire and Castle Bolton is on the doorstep of this inn with a multitude of things to do. The homemade food is served either in the informal bar area or dining room and light snacks and good beer are available all day. There is a beer garden with lovely views over Wensleydale and Penn Hill. The bedrooms are clean and tastefully decorated with superior rooms having a balcony with splendid views. Dog friendly.

We are hoping to be in Redmire from 14-21st May self catering at Lilac cottage. Can you tell me whether we`ll be able to order takeaway food from you for an evening meal ? Also will you be open at lunchtimes for eating outside ? Will there be any cover ??
Looking forward to being “cooked for ” as well as your reply.
    Many thanks.
