Guided Walks in the Lake District

£40.00

Join one of our Lake District Guided walks on Helvellyn via Striding Edge, Blencathra via Sharp Edge. Great Gable or Catbells.

Description

On the weekend of May 31/June 1st we are holding a ‘Weekend on the Edges’. This involves two of the best climbs in the area; Helvellyn via Striding Edge and Blencathra via Sharp Edge.

On the weekend of September 20/21st there is a contrast of hikes. On Saturday we are heading up Great Gable from Seathwaite, an iconic ‘Lakeland Giant’ and on Sunday a more straightforward climb of Catbells.

The guided hikes are for those who want some help and build their confidence and on some of the best mountains in the Lake District. This year the more technical Striding and Sharp Edge are included.

The Catbells day however is for those simply wishing to enjoy being in the fells with their amazing views. No technical skills needed.

A good level of fitness and some experience is required, as is a good head for heights .
