About Debbie

Debbie was a successful head teacher who was thrown a curve ball nearly 10 years ago when she was diagnosed with a degenerative spine and confined to a wheelchair. However instead of feeling sorry for herself, Debbie and her husband Andy, quit the rat race and decided to enjoy what they had and could still do (which as this book describes is an awful lot).

They have already achieved a great deal (including ascents of Skiddaw and Blencathra) and intend to do much more. They moved from Lincoln to the pretty village of Nateby in the Cumbrian Dales in 2017.
